When shifting one concern clients have is: What is the removal Company like? They all tell you on their website how good they are. To help ease concerns about this matter we have listed some unsolicited emails we have had from clients we have moved.
"Hi Graham. I just wanted to thank you and your team for helping us in our house move last Thursday. From the start to the finish our movers were fantastic! Everything was well planned, efficient and ran like clockwork! Our movers on the day were Jamie and Gill, and they were fantastic! My partners mother assisted in the shift and she raved to us how friendly and good humoured they were, how efficiently they worked, how helpful they were and how careful they were during the moving process. We experienced no breakages or damage but instead experienced professionalism, great service, and a less stressful house shift! We are very impressed and very grateful! We'll be recommending you to everyone we know when they are faced with moving house!."

"Can't praise your moving men enough. Mark and his mate were just great. What a day it was on August 18th! No matter that we missed two ferries! It kind of added to the fun we had!! Your men were so careful with our furniture etc. and even placed it very carefully and protectively in exactly the right position in our new house on Waiheke. They really seemed interested in their job. They weren't at all "casual" as I'm sure some movers would have been when they were running out of time. "

"I’m writing to throw around some compliments to the boys who helped me move on Friday, 19 August from around 3pm – Laurie and James – what a team!!! Laurie’s experience really shone through – he was thoughtful with how the packing should be done – he communicated well to us all – and he was cooperative!! (so unusual in a man!!) To top it all off, his calm disposition lightened my mood and I nearly (but not quite!) enjoyed the move – his calmness certainly kept me calm – and I thanked him for that. James was quiet, hard-working and strong – he completed the task superbly!! They both turned up with incorrect information, but it didn’t phase them – they adjusted their plans and accommodated what was required – all with a smile on their faces.
I was impressed!!! They were efficient, without being rushed – and for all that, thank you! "

"Thanks for that - Wonderful. The guys were on time, did the deeds at all 3 addresses (I felt so sorry for them carrying the heavy lounge suite - well to me it was heavy, they made it look so easy) They took a lot of care to not scrape the walls and put things in the places I pointed to and they even gave some good suggestions re storage.
